of Palmerston passed away peacefully at the Royal Terrace Nursing Home, Palmerston on Monday, October 31, 2016 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Petrik (1997). Loving mother of Peter and Edy Petrik of Southampton, Marie and Laverne Martin of Elmira, John and Mary Petrik of Moorefield and Helen McFadzean of Palmerston. Cherished grandmother of Donna Martin and Tim Vera of Waterloo, Mike Martin and his fiancé Tracey of Elmira, Lori Martin of Toronto; Steven Petrik of Chesley, Randy and Sue Petrik of Paisley, Bill and Maria Petrik of Woodstock; Heather McFadzean of Toronto, Amber McFadzean of Montreal, Kelsi McFadzean of R.R. # 2 Moorefield; Jim and Nicole Petrik of Rockwood and Mike Petrik of Guelph. Fondly remembered by her 16 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and her nieces, nephews and friends.
To honour Marie’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held in the Bethesda Cemetery.
