Frederick Brown
“Ted”
of Arthur passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospice, Guelph on Saturday, November 12, 2016 in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of Patti (Duke) Brown for 40 years. Dear father of Amy and Jason (Joe) O’Donnell of R.R. # 2 Arthur and Amanda and Darryl Rooney of Arthur. Cherished grandfather of Julie, Sarah and Andrew O’Donnell; Ryan, Josh and Eric Rooney. Brother of Ray and Mary Brown of Orangeville, Lawrence Brown of Arthur, the late Eric Brown, the late Glen Brown and his wife Lauretta of Alton, Winifred Holtom of Caledon East, Loretta and Stewart Parliment of Orangeville, Gerri and Eric Hildebrandt of Prince George B.C. Darlene and Frank Moody of Dundalk. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Francis and Lottie (Trimble) Brown, brothers-in-law Terry Holtom and Art Baker and nephew Jeremy Moody. To honour “Ted’s” wishes cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 243 George Street, Arthur on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 6 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service of Remembrance will be held in the Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur.
