Teena Claus (Greydanus)
of Palmerston went home to be with her Lord at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Monday, July 17, 2017 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late John Claus (2006). Loving mother and grandmother of Heinze and Henrietta Claus of Harriston, Mike and Cori Claus, Heather Claus, Caleb, Trevor and Christy Claus, Lexie, Jordie and Dannie; The late Jessie Wesselink (2004), Stephen Wesselink, Will and Kat Wesselink; Teena Meinema of Alberta, John and Jackie Meinema, Tyler, Kyle and Kristeena, Jim Meinema, Jenny and Mike Varga, Taran, Mariah and Josh Kettler, Nathan and fiancé Natalie, Terry and Shauna Meinema, Kelly Meinema; Whinny Micallef and friend Ed of Listowel; John and Pauline Claus of Listowel, Laura Claus and friend Jack, Evelyn, Janie Claus; Raymond Claus of Listowel; Grace Claus of Listowel, Jamie and Brieanna Claus, Haiden, Addison and Colton; Sylvia Claus of Alberta, April Dickin and friend Jason, Samantha, Benjamin and Ella, Ken and Sarah Colquhoun; Gerald and Carrie Claus of Kitchener, Jake Claus, Scott Claus and Maggie Claus. Cherished great great grandmother of Jax and Logan. Sister of Sylvia Leffering of Kitchener. Fondly remembered by her extended family in Holland, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her Sons-in-law Clarence Meinema (2011), Roger Micallef (2015)
The family will receive friends at the Palmerston Christian Reformed Church on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 6 to 9 p.m. Private family interment in Palmerston Cemetery. Pastor Andrew de Gelder will conduct the Funeral Service in the Palmerston Christian Reformed Church on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
