Dan Richard Scott
passed away peacefully at home in Arthur after a brief battle with cancer on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the age of 61. Cherished husband of Denise (Green) for 40 years. Cherished father of Christopher and Megan Scott,
Cynthia and Ryan McIntosh, Alexandrea and Matthew Hills and Anastasia and Philip Evans. Grandfather of Emily and Xavier Scott. Dan will be fondly remembered by his five brothers, one sister and his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Faylene Scott, two sisters and one brother. To honour Dan’s wishes cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 243 George Street Arthur on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Arthur on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
Spring interment Greenfield Cemetery Arthur.
In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Arthur would be appreciated by the family.
