Drika Foster

of Drayton passed away suddenly at the Palmerston and District Hospital  on Friday, December 20, 2019 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late John Foster (2011) for 50 years. Cherished mother of John Foster and his wife Susan of Drayton and Rob Foster and his wife Betty of Guelph. Grandmother of Ashley and Rob Pulkys, Anthony and Danielle Foster, Danielle and Paul Jones of Drayton and Emillie and Sam Kang of Waterloo and Kevin Foster, Stephen Foster and Alex Foster all of Guelph and Cori Foster and partner Tori Smith of Mississauga. Fondly remembered by her 7 great grandchildren. Sister of Mina Zantinge of St. Jacobs, Hank and Joanne Radstake of R.R. 2 Alma. Sister-in-law of Sandy Radstake of Mount Forest, Eileen Radstake and Monty Woodyard of Elora. Florence Foster of St. Jacobs and Mary Lou Foster of Scarborough. Also remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law John Radstake, Bill and Riek Radstake, Gerrit and Lorraine Radstake, Richard Radstake, John Zantinge and Chris Radstake, James Foster, William Foster, Helen and Gerard O’Shea. To honour Drika’s  wishes cremation has taken place.

The family will receive friends at  the Drayton Reformed Church, Wellington Street, Drayton on Monday, December 23, 2019 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Memorial Service of Remembrance will be held in the Drayton Reformed Church on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Parkinson Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
