of Palmerston passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 7, 2023 in his 58th year. Beloved partner and best friend of Sally Burrows for 27 years. Dear son of Tamara McColeman and the late Fred Kelsey. Brother of Tony and Karen Kelsey and Rick Kelsey and the late Lisa Kelsey. Special uncle to Kenny and Katrina. Randy will be missed by his friend Dave From.
