Deborah “Debbie” Lewis
of Elmira passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Monday, July 24, 2023 in her 66th year. Beloved wife of the late George Lewis (2020). Cherished mother of James and Andrea Mc Beth of Elmira. Step mother of Ken Lewis and Kelly and John Ranney. Loving grandmother of Myles, Keaton, Claire, Olivia, Macie, Joel, Jessica, Nicole and Kody. Great grandmother Ashton, Ainslie, Owen, Khloe, Jaxxon and Jillian, Sister of Ray and Betty McBeth of Blind River and the late Roy McBeth. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents Donald and Ruth (Cline) McBeth. The family would like to thank Care Partners nurses Jane & Jess, Dr. Keleher and Martha from HCCSS for their support and care. To honour Debbie’s wishes cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Drayton on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
A private Memorial Service of Remembrance will be held in the Drayton United Church followed by interment in Drayton Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
