Ken Rutherford
of Cambridge passed away suddenly on, Saturday, August 22, 2015 in his year 68th year. Beloved life partner of Louise Smith for 30 years. Dear father of Nick Rutherford of Arthur, Ben and Cheryl Rutherford of Brantford, Bob and Brandy Rutherford of Minto, Mark Smith of Cambridge and Martin and Victoria Smith of Cambridge. Loved grandfather of Ryan, Dylan, Violet, Dawn, Preston, Jaxon, Ethan Ariana, Aaron and Connor. Sadly missed by his nieces Shawna and Scott Boker of Arthur and Amanda and Jamie Reid of Kitchener. Brother-in-law of Peter. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Noreen Rutherford and his sister Janice Rutherford.
The family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 243 George Street, Arthur on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A celebration of Ken’s life will take place at the Scottish Rite, 21 Chapel Lane, Guelph on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to Canadian Diabetes Association or the Scottish Rite Charitable Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
