Edwin John Phillips
Of Fordwich passed away peacefully at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Thursday, April 7, 2016 after a lengthy illness in his 78th year. He leaves behind his partner Rhoda Cullen and her family. He will be missed by his four daughters: Sherri Morton, Michelle (Jeff) Preitauer, Lynn McLeod, Mardelle McCoy and his eight grandchildren. Edwin leaves behind his brothers Charles (Rena) Phillips, Harry (Betty) Phillips and sisters Thelma (Gary) Buck, Mary (Fred) Funston and Pearl (Harold) Roberts. Fondly remembered by his great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Monday April 11, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Palmerston Hospital Foundation or the Grand River Regional Cancer Center would be appreciated by the family.
