PALMER, Betty Jean; Peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Arthur on Wednesday December 8, 2010 in her 83rd year. Beloved daughter of the late Fred and Rita Howell. Dear mother of Brian (Bonnie) Porteous and Ronald Porteous, all of Winnipeg, Man., Gerald Porteous and Sheryle (Jim) Snell, all of St. Thomas. Grandma of Brian, Tony and Scott. Predeceased by brothers Bill, Murray, Allan and Charles Howell and sisters Dorothy Howell and Marie Sutton. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Remembrances to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
