MILLER, Norman C. (Whitey); After a brief illness at Palmerston District Hospital, Palmerston, on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 in his 85th year. Beloved father of Gwen (Larry) Miner of Guelph and Annie Gibson of Arthur. Loving Grandpa of Mike (Katie), Jeff, Kyle, Marley (Matt), Dave (Michelle), Doug (Kaileigh), Dustin and Katie. Papa two to Brooke, Brodie, Bailee, Brady, Matt and Austin. Survived by sister Jean McCristall of Edmonton, AB, son-in-law Laverne Gibson of Arthur, sisters-in-law Irene Miller and Kathy Miller both of Guelph. Chosen father of Wrenda Demmons and her daughters Amanda, Sarah and Jessica. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Lillian (Walter) Fish, Helen (Ted) Lamb, brothers Irvin, Harvey and Raymond (Margaret) Miller and brother-in-law Leo McCristall. Family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Home, 243 George St. Arthur, on Friday, December 9, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Crawford Chapel on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
